I can't find my order ID, what should I do?

To apply the discount, we first need to verify that you’re a legitimate FSRealistic Pro owner. Please try searching all of your email inboxes for your purchase confirmation. If you’re unable to find it, simply head to our Support page and open a support ticket. Include any details you have, such as your serial number, PayPal email address, or order information, and we’ll be happy to help locate your purchase and assist you further.

I only have FSRealistic CORE, am I eligible?

No, FSRealistic CORE users are not eligible for the FSRealistic PLUS upgrade discount.

What discount will I get?

Existing FSRealistic Pro users are eligible to purchase FSRealistic+ for $7.99 USD instead of $29.99 USD.

It says my discount was already applied, what should I do?

This may indicate that someone else has access to your PayPal email and FSRealistic Pro order ID. Please visit our Support page and open a support ticket, including a screenshot of your order confirmation and any additional information that helps verify you as the legitimate owner.

Can I pay using a different Paymeny method than PayPal?

Unfortunately not at this time, while we are working on adding additional payment options to the store, at this point, the discount can be paid only using PayPal.
